Course Description: Each ACH payment is covered by a myriad of rules that support the legal framework under which the payment may be handled.  Register for this program to get insight on the various rules and regulations that apply to both the origination and receipt of ACH payments.  From Regulation CC to Regulation E from Regulation D to Uniform Commercial Code Article 4A and every rule in between, this session will help you decipher the payment rules and regulations.  Attendees will also learn how and when to apply the various rules and regulations.
