Kevin Brauer, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Brauer is responsible for the corporate’s member relations function, which includes establishing and retaining member relationships, maintaining the effective administration of the member call center, and ensuring the continuation of Alloya’s positive member service image. In addition to member relations responsibilities, he oversees a significant payments processing operation for Alloya’s members, ensuring that organizational financial objectives and goals are met. Brauer will also fulfill a key role in the integration of operations between Alloya and any future strategic partners.

He joined the corporate in 1990. A Certified Public Accountant with an extensive accounting, finance and operations background, Brauer previously worked for a Fortune 500 company and a national public accounting firm. He has served on various credit union system founded organizations’ voluntary boards such as CUC Mortgage Corporation, UsNet, the New York Credit Union Foundation, and the New Jersey Credit Union Foundation. He has also served in a volunteer capacity on corporate credit union committees for the ACCU and for NAFCU.
