Hotel Reservations - Deadline August 19, 2008
To receive the $245 reduced rate available for the nights of September 10 and 11, make hotel reservations directly with The Drake Hotel by 12:00 a.m. (CST) on August 19, 2008, by calling 800-553-7253. The reduction in overnight rate for the nights of September 10 and 11 is compliments of Members United Corporate FCU. Be sure to request the Members United group rate when making your reservation.

Tax Exemptions. In order to receive tax exempt consideration, your credit union must be registered as tax exempt with the state of Illinois. Please submit your tax exempt form to the hotel prior to check-in. Be sure to pay your hotel bill with a business check or credit card issued by your credit union. Please note that the room tax (also known as the occupancy) in Illinois still applies. Any questions regarding tax exemption should be directed to the hotel.

Hotel Cancellations.
Contact The Drake Hotel. Canceling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel.
